Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Luxivo, operated by UrbanEaze LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company providing private car and limousine service in the Atlanta metro and North Georgia, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit luxivolimo.com (the "Site") or request our services. By using the Site or submitting a booking request, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you submit a ride request or contact us, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, number of passengers, flight number, and any notes or special requests. If you call or text us directly, we keep a record of that contact so we can arrange your trip.
Information collected automatically
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. With your permission (see Section 5) we use Google Analytics to learn which pages are visited and how visitors reach the Site, with your IP address shortened before it is stored, and an error-monitoring service that records technical fault details when something on the Site breaks — see Section 4. Neither receives your booking details. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your ride requests and to quote, schedule, and carry out transportation services;
- To contact you about your trip by phone, text, or email;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our service;
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and spam, and to comply with legal obligations.
We use your information to arrange the ride you asked for. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
3. Calls and Text Messages
When you give us your phone number on the booking form, you are asking us to reach you about that trip. We may call or text you directly to confirm details, quote the fare, coordinate pickup, or let you know the car has arrived.
These are one-to-one messages sent by a person, about a trip you requested. We do not operate an automated or marketing SMS programme, and we will not send you promotional texts. Tell us at any time — by reply, call, or email — if you would prefer we contact you only by phone or only by email, and we will.
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service, with:
- Google (Firebase) — hosts the Site and stores booking requests in Firestore, and handles sign-in for our internal booking console. Booking data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States.
- Sentry — error monitoring. It is configured not to receive personal information: when a fault occurs it records the technical error and the page it happened on, not the contents of your booking.
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
5. Cookies & Your Choice
We do not use advertising cookies. Nothing on this Site tracks you across other websites, and analytics runs only if you allow it.
Two things are stored in your browser regardless, because the Site cannot work without them:
- Your colour-scheme preference — set only when you press the Day/Night switch. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
-
Sign-in cookies for our booking console at
/admin, which only our own approved accounts can reach. These are not set for ordinary visitors.
Two things are optional, and you choose: Google Analytics, and the error
monitoring described in Section 4. When you first visit, we ask. If you select
"Essential only," neither script is loaded at all — no request is made to
Google or Sentry, nothing is reported, and any analytics cookies from an earlier visit are
removed. If you select "Allow," Google Analytics sets its _ga
cookies to tell repeat visits apart (your IP address is shortened before storage, and we
do not use the advertising features), and error monitoring reports technical faults so we
can fix problems with the booking form. Both are configured never to receive your booking
details.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page.
6. Data Retention
We keep booking and contact information only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain ordinary business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted. You may ask us to delete your booking history at any time.
7. Your Privacy Rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not run advertising partners on this Site; analytics runs only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
EU/EEA & UK residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and rights to data portability and objection. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the service and arranging the trip you requested.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
8. Data Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and booking records are protected by access rules that restrict them to approved accounts. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it. Children are of course welcome as passengers when booked by an adult.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties; their use of your information is governed by their own policies.
11. Governing Law
This Policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
