Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of luxivolimo.com (the "Site") and the chauffeured transportation services provided by Luxivo, operated by UrbanEaze LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company serving the Atlanta metro and North Georgia. By using the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. The Service

We provide private, chauffeured ground transportation — airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings and events, hourly service, and long-distance trips — in and around the Atlanta metro and North Georgia. Submitting the booking form sends us a request, not a confirmed reservation. A trip is confirmed only when we accept it and confirm the details with you by phone, text, or email.

2. Bookings, Quotes & Pricing

Each trip is quoted individually. Any prices or estimates discussed before confirmation are good-faith estimates, not guarantees or binding offers. Your fare is the amount we confirm with you before the trip. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended wait time, tolls, or changes you request on the day, and we will tell you about any such charge before applying it. Payment arrangements are made directly with us.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Plans change — please notify us as early as possible to cancel or modify a booking. Late cancellations, no-shows, or significant last-minute changes may be subject to a fee, which we will communicate to you. We may decline or cancel a booking where we reasonably cannot perform it safely or as described, in which case you owe nothing.

5. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, missed flights or connections, or other losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including traffic, road or lane closures, weather, mechanical issues, flight schedule changes, or other force majeure events. We recommend allowing ample time for airport departures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any trip or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the trip at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. No Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. This section does not affect our obligation to provide transportation services with reasonable care and skill.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxivo, UrbanEaze LLC, and its driver(s) from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your unlawful conduct.

8. Third-Party Services & Trademarks

"GMC," "Yukon," and "Denali" are trademarks of General Motors. Any other third-party names or marks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Luxivo is an independent operator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer, dealership, or rideshare company.

9. Site Content & Imagery

The Site's text, design, and branding are owned by or licensed to UrbanEaze LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Vehicle photography shown on the Site depicts the actual vehicle we operate. Exterior images have been digitally retouched — the background and lighting were changed — while the vehicle itself is not altered. Specifications listed on the Site describe the vehicle we operate; minor variations do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before filing any claim, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at the details below.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
